UPDATE: APRIL 7: Mark Mekler, the organizer of the Sacramento Tea Party was on Your World with Neil Cavuto today and discussed the possibility of ACORN “activists” disrupting the event.
UPDATE: APRIL 9: Michelle Malkin and Michael Reagan will be joining us and speaking at the event!
Watch – Mark Meckler on “Your World With Neil Cavuto”
UPDATE: APRIL 10: Here is updated information on the possible ACORN folks who will try and disrupt the tea parties. As Mark Williams reported, they are going to come with racist propaganda and play it up for the cameras as if they are us. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU CAN DO IS NOT LET ANY MEDIA TALK TO THESE PEOPLE.
UPDATE: APRIL 11: Neil Cavuto takes on Leslie Marshall! I am so glad Neil Cavuto is coming to Sacramento!
UPDATE: APRIL 14: According to a recent article on FoxNews.com ACORN is not actually trying to “sabotage” tomorrow’s tea party protests. Oh no, see ACORN is really putting together rallies in support of Obama’s tax plan (I mean budget) that just happen to coencide with the national tea party movement. Mark Mekler was quoted in the article as saying “We don’t take them seriously.” Well okay then. Hope you’re right about that mark
During a commercial break, Scott Levenson, spokesman for the group of Community Organizers ACORN said something to Glenn to the effect of “You’re just afraid of black people.”
There are two hundred-ish companies registered at the address-1024 Elysian Fields Ave–of the business Citizens Consulting (by the way, I’m going to call this company tomorrow):
Here is a picture of the building at the address…According to Glenn Beck.
Also, on the left, it gives a list of businesses…the ones that are featured…ACORN and the Affiliated Media Foundation.
And…another organization that is at that address…the SEIU. SEIU local 100 is located at the same address as ACORN, the Affiliated Media Foundation, and other businesses…
I will be following this issue until I get to the bottom of it. Please check back often.
The Affiliated Media Foundation Movement is, according to the “About Us” section of their website,
“The Affiliated Media Foundation Movement (AMFM) is a grassroots effort to produce public radio news serving the needs and interests of low and moderate income Americans. We cover issues dealing with immigrant and workers’ rights, health care reform, the housing crisis, community development, the environment and public education. AMFM is a platform for voices not commonly heard in the mainstream media living in all parts of the United States.
Each week we produce a 6-minute feature which can take the form of one on one interviews, an essay or a feature providing an in-depth look at a particular topic. Habla Español? Our pieces are also available in Spanish.
We offer our work free of charge. They would make a good addition to the news hour at your local community radio station. To know more about how you can obtain our weekly programs contact julia@chieforganizer.org”
Apparently chieforganizer.org is the website of none other than Wade Rathke. Now who the hell is he? He is the founder of ACORN…and the head of SEIU local 100.
Also, folks, the address and first three digits of the phone number listed in his contact page is…you guessed it…the same as Citizens Consulting.
Folks, Rathke was steeped in the ideas of Saul Alinsky. Now who is Saul Alinsky? He is the guy who started the Industrial Areas Foundation and wrote the book, Rules for Radicals; the first paragraph contains the following,
“What follows is for those who want to change the world from what it is to what they believe it should be. The Prince was written by Machiavelli for the Haves on how to hold power. Rules for Radicals is written for the Have-Nots on how to take it away.”
Folks, there is more to come on this issue, Check back Often…I will keep you up to date. I am going to make some phone calls tomorrow and get to the bottom of this.
UPDATE: 5.13.2009
Folks, I’m afraid that this whole web is intentionally complex in order to funnel money until it disappears…
The Truth about ACORN will be discovered. It may just take a while…I’ll be sure to update you.
Here is an update on the building…
The building owner has contracts with Wade Rathke.
ACORN’s purpose is to keep people in their place.
Take a look at the quote above.
“The Prince was written by Machiavelli for the Haves on how to hold power. Rules for Radicals is written for the Have-Nots on how to take it away.”
Why try to tear down the haves? Why not just try and become a have?
Also, here are some leads I will follow.
Who is Drummond Pike? He is the guy who payed back the embezzled money mentioned above.
What is the Tides Center? It is the tax haven where George Soros writes checks to get the tax write-off and he tells them where to send the money.
How much money can ACORN make from the Economic Stimulus?
According to Michelle Bachmann, Almost $8 billion. Now, it doesn’t all go to ACORN, but it goes to the arms of their criminal organization.
I’ll keep you up to date.
UPDATE: 5.13.09:
The website, citizensconsulting.org is registered to Dale Rathke…the brother of Wade Rathke. Dale is the guy who embezzled money…
Also, the contact email for the registrant is
ccidirector@acorn.org
Hmm…I wonder who that is….
Could that mean “Citizens Consulting director at ACORN”
UPDATE: May 18, 2009:
Alright. Here’s some more information on Tides and Drummond Pike.
Tides is a place where government money goes in and is distributed.
From their own website, The “Tides Center receives charitable donations and grants on behalf of our fiscally sponsored projects and is legally and financially responsible for all project activities. It our philosophy that sponsored projects are not separate and isolated entities; rather, they are an integral part of Tides Center.”
UPDATE: May 19, 2009:
Here is the Justice Department Complaint against ACORN. Click here. (.pdf)
The Power of RICO…Hopefully they will get somewhere. That will, hopefully, get someone in Congress to take a listen!
Here is an excerpt from YE/YB (Year End/Year Begin 2006. Published in 2006.
I received this packet from ACORN whistleblower, Anita MonCrief. This is the woman who was Stephanie Strom’s informant. Now Stephanie Strom is the woman whose story was spiked by the New York Times.
“Since Election Day, we have been engaged in a flurry of meetings with senior staff in the offices
of Speaker-to-be Pelosi and Majority Leader-to-be Reid, as well as the many friends of ACORN who
will now become Chairmen of important Committee and Subcommittees in the House and the Senate.”
Who are these people? Chuckie Schumer? Barney Frank? I’ll get to the bottom of this…
Here is the transcript of an audio tape of Ms. Strom calling Ms. MonCrief:
STROM: “Hi, Anita, it’s Stephanie. I have just been asked by my bosses to stand down. They want me to hold off on coming to Washington. Sorry, I take my orders from higher up sometimes. Anyway, I’m sorry about this, and we’ll still be in touch. Take care. And let me know if there’s anything I can do to help you. Take care. Bye-bye.”
“CCI and ACORN and interchangeable. It used to be ACORN Associates, but after running afoul of the department of labor for funny reporting, it was suggested that they move the accounting to a outside company. This was a threat to Wade, so he created CCI to be a consulting agency that handled the books.”
Also, Anita MonCrief has written an excellent report connecting ACORN, George Soros, and the 2010 census. It is a shame that the MSM was asleep at the wheel on this one…
The John Merck Fund–Corporate funder of ACORN, sent a letter last year requesting documents showing that ACORN spent JMFs money as they said they would.
You are paying the government. You money gets appropriated to different groups who are all connected to ACORN. These are the 501 (c) 3 groups of ACORN. Here are some of the groups:
ACORN Institute, Inc.
American Institute for Social Justice
Association of Rights of People
Project Vote
Voting for America
ACORN International
This money then gets funneled into Citizens Consulting, Inc,
ACORN Campaign Services,
Citizens Services, Inc.–Obama Campaign paid over $800,000 to CSI. Read
It then gets shuffled around and is given to ACORN.
Your taxpayer dollars are going right into the Rathke Brothers’ pockets. According to an Email from Anita MonCrief, “They needed the money to further their political agenda (see Rules for Radicals) and used members as pawns to carry out their intimidation and harassment.”
In another email she said, “Wade Rathke wholly believed in the Cloward/Piven strategy and used the welfare movement of the 70′s to start ACORN. I doubt his motivations were ever pure.”
The Cloward/Piven strategy is what we were talking about above. Created Chaos.
Alright, O’Reilly is on. He is interviewing ACORN CEO Bertha Lewis.
B of A has given ACORN $3 Million…
Bertha Lewis: “1024 Elesian Fields is an old address.”
Bertha Lewis refused to allow O’Reilly’s people to see the books…
See, this is what is happening, folks. Your money is shuffled around through the 501 (c) 3 organizations and then is funneled to ACORN. 501 (c) 3 organizations cannot support or oppose a candidate, so they leave that to ACORN; however, they can do voter drives…Project Vote… But ACORN is a 501 (c) 4, which means they can do partisan work and campaign activity…
Now, here is where we get to the reasoning behind all these organizations:
Donations to a 501 (c) 3 are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Donations to a 501 (c) 4 are not tax deductible. This poses a problem for ACORN…They need money.
More people are inclined to donate of they get a tax deduction…
So they created all these groups to pay for their partison, campaign work…like convincing Kris Kobach to run for Kansas Secretary of State…
Joking…well, sorta. His reasoning? “ACORN is a criminal Enterprise.”
Folks, with ACORN controlling the 2010 census, we can pretty much throw out the census…
Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act request to obtain the Department of Commerce documents regarding ACORN’s participation and involvement in the 2010 census.
Now, folks, there is a line in these documents that says:
“…Hate groups, Law enforcement, anti-immigrant groups, any groups that might make people fearful of participating in the Census…”are not allowed to partner with the census.
Now, why Law enforcement is lumped in with hate groups is beyond me…but that’s not the point…
ACORN makes me fearful to participate in the Census…
Why they decided to leave the ACORN story to bloggers like me is beyond me, but, why they dropped Watergate, is beyond anyone’s imagination.
According to Robert Smith, FBI Director L. Patrick Gray told him about the break-in, “including the culpability of the former attorney general, John Mitchell, and hinted at White House involvement.”
Smith returned to the Times and repeated what he had heard, on a tape recorder, to editor Robert Phelps.
Smith left the NYT and eventually, the memory of the event from the minds of the editors…
This pretty much seals the fate of the New York Times as America’s worst newspaper.
Just as the Watergate story had L. Patrick Gray, the ACORN story had Anita MonCrief…And they blew it on both…Great work…
2009 MAY 29: House Joint Resolution 5, Why it Could Change America Forever…
Barack Hussein Obama President for Life…
This is kind of old news…but most people probably don’t know about it…
House Joint Resolution 5 would repeal the 22 amendment…
And for those of you who didn’t too very well in your high school US history class, that’s the Term Limits Amendment…
See the text of the bill after the jump…
HJ 5 IH
111th CONGRESS
1st Session
H. J. RES. 5
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.
IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
January 6, 2009
Mr. SERRANO introduced the following joint resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary
JOINT RESOLUTION
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years after the date of its submission for ratification:
‘Article–
‘The twenty-second article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.’.
Now, folks, this doesn’t mean that he would serve forever; he would need to run for reelection…But with our friends at ACORN running the census and voter registration, that could prove to be easy for future progressives…
